What is the 110% quality guarantee?
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with any of the fruit we have supplied, we’ll be more than happy to replace your fruit box and/or refund you 110% of the cost. That’s right. We are so passionate about the quality of our fruit that we back it up with a 110% Guarantee!
Is it cheaper to buy from the markets or local fruit shop?
There are certainly less expensive options available. However, you need to factor in the time that’s required to send someone to the shops to buy fruit. In addition, we offer the option of multiple deliveries throughout the week to ensure freshness. And, most importantly, are confident that our premium fruit and beautiful presentation will have a ‘wow’ factor in your office that is hard to match.
How often do you deliver?
This is entirely up to you. As we don’t charge any extra for delivery, you are able to split your order into multiple deliveries throughout the week to ensure the freshness of the fruit. While most of our customers opt for two deliveries per week, you can select to have a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or ad hoc order.
What time do you deliver?
We aim to complete the majority of our deliveries prior to 11am, just in time for your morning tea snack.
How do I place an order?
You can either complete an enquiry form and we will call you to discuss your order, or you can contact us directly on 1300 700 065. This will help us determine the best fruit box to suit your needs, in terms of size, price, delivery details and any special preferences or requirements that you may have.
What are the payment options?
We offer monthly accounts or credit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Diners and Amex. Invoices are sent electronically at the end of each month. Invoices can be paid by direct deposit or cheque.
Are there any contracts?
You are free to start and stop the service at any time, as we do not lock you into any contracts.
What fruits are included in your boxes?
We include a mix of easy to handle seasonal fruits, including apples, pears, bananas, kiwi fruit, mandarins, oranges, passionfruit, peaches, nectarines and plums (depending on the season). Grapes, strawberries, mangoes and other specialty fruits are also available for your selection.
Can we have special preferences?
You can select the perfect mix of fruit for your office, or leave it up to us to decide. If there are any fruits that your staff is not consuming, we will happily substitute these with the fruits of your preference, so that nothing goes to waste.
What happens with regular orders on Public Holidays?
If your regular delivery coincides with a public holiday we will automatically deliver it the following day, unless you wish to make alternative arrangements.
